How much is the call-out fee?
The call-out fee is R350, which covers the technician's time to assess your appliance and diagnose the issue on-site.
Do I still pay the call-out fee if I accept the repair quote?
No. If you accept our repair quote, we’ll waive the R350 call-out fee entirely. You only pay the call-out fee if you choose not to go ahead with the repair.
What areas do you service in Cape Town?
We primarily service Cape Town and the surrounding suburbs including :
Camps Bay, Sea Point, Green Point, Woodstock, Gardens, Claremont, and Constantia. If you're near Table Mountain, we’ve likely got you covered.
If you’re slightly outside these areas, feel free to get in touch, we might be able to help if we’re heading that way.
Do you work with all brands?
Yes, we work with all major brands. We’re also specialists in Fisher & Paykel dishwashers and dish drawers.
Where does the repair take place?
Most repairs are completed on-site during our visit. If the issue is more complex, we’ll safely transport your appliance to our workshop for a more in-depth repair.
Once it’s back to peak condition, we’ll call to arrange a delivery time that works for you, usually the very next day. We’ll bring it straight to your kitchen and handle the re-installation, too. No stress. No mess. Just smooth service.
How quickly can you respond to a repair request?
We offer same-day or next-day service in most areas, depending on availability, ensuring minimal disruption to your daily life or business operations.
Is there a guarantee on repairs?
Yes! All repairs come with a 6-month workmanship guarantee, so you can feel confident knowing we stand by our work.
What are your operating hours?

Do you offer emergency or weekend repairs?
Yes, we do! If it’s after 6pm or over the weekend, we charge a flat call-out fee of R700.
This covers the technician’s time to assess and diagnose the issue on-site. If we’re able to repair the appliance during the same visit, we will! No waiting until Monday.
